As a Principal in the Financial Technology & Services vertical, Stephen helps visionary entrepreneurs build impactful technology companies through combining strategic partnership, operational improvements and in-the-trenches support. He primarily focuses on the firm’s Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs) in Insurance Technology & Services, Bank Software and Governance Risk & Compliance. Stephen is also a Director for Odessa.

Before joining the THL team, Stephen worked at M33 Growth, Duck Creek Technologies and Apax Partners. Outside the office, he’s a history buff who also enjoys brewing his own beer as well as skiing and hiking in the New England mountains. Stephen lives near Boston with his wife.
