Todd Abbrecht

Todd M. Abbrecht is Co-Chief Executive Officer and a member of the firm’s Management and Investment committees.

Since joining THL in 1992, Mr. Abbrecht has been involved in the execution of THL’s investments in the healthcare and consumer spaces and currently sits on the Boards of CSafe Global, Professional Physical Therapy, and Syneos Health (formerly inVentiv Health, Inc.). Prior Board positions include Aramark Corporation, Curo Health Services, Dunkin’ Brands, Inc., Fogo de Chão, Healthcare Staffing Services, Intermedix Corporation, Juvare, Michael Foods, Inc., National Waterworks, Inc., Party City, PCI Pharma Services and Warner Chilcott plc.

Prior to joining THL, Mr. Abbrecht worked at Credit Suisse First Boston in its mergers and acquisitions department.

Mr. Abbrecht holds a B.S.E. in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Abbrecht serves on the Board of Directors of the Joslin Diabetes Center and the Board of Trustees of Wellesley College.

Mark Abodeely

Mark F. Abodeely is a vice president in the Investor Relations Group at Thomas H. Lee Partners. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Abodeely worked in the Strategy Consulting & Analytics Group at BlackRock in Boston.

Lee Partners, Mr. Adcock worked as an associate and vice president at GCP Capital Partners (formerly Greenhill Capital Partners) where he sourced, evaluated and executed transactions within the technology industry.  Prior to GCP Capital Partners, Mr. Adcock worked as an analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Adcock holds a B.S. in Finance from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida.

Gurinder S. Ahluwalia

Gurinder Ahluwalia is an executive partner to Thomas H. Lee Partners. He brings over twenty-five years of operating and financial services experience with a proven track record of building, fixing and growing businesses, most recently in wealth management. Mr. Ahluwalia has provided strong leadership in a number of different roles including COO, CEO and President, and Chief Risk Officer. Mr. Ahluwalia is currently a director of Hightower Advisors and was a co-founder of 280 CapMarkets.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Ahluwalia was an advisor and COO at Ovo Cosmico, Inc., a VC-backed start-up with a mission of making credit affordable and accessible everywhere. He was also president and CEO of AssetMark, Inc., where he focused the company’s strategy on growth through advisor engagement, improved execution, and product and service innovations. As President and CEO of GE Private Asset Management and Genworth Wealth Management, he transformed the unit from a boutique business to one with industry-leading profitability. He previously served as a Senior Vice President at GE Insurance and Chief Risk Officer at GE Edison Life Insurance.

Mr. Ahluwalia holds an M.S. cum laude from New Jersey Institute of Technology, a B.S. of Computer Science from New York University College of Arts and Sciences, and a B.E. of Electrical Engineering from Cooper Union.

Since 2011, Mr. Ahluwalia has served as the President of the board of Ensaaf, whose mission is to fight crimes against humanity in India, with a special focus on Punjab, by documenting abuses, bringing perpetrators to justice, and organizing survivors.

Hitesh Anand

Hitesh Anand is a director at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group.  Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Anand was the Chief Product Officer at Verifi (a Visa Company), where he led multiple teams with a focus on innovating new products and services. In that role, he oversaw product vision, strategy, roadmap, design, and development.

Previously, Mr Anand served as Chief Product Officer and President of North America for Mobikon Asia Pte. Limited, where he oversaw the creation of an AI-driven predictive analytics and marketing automation SaaS platform. Before Mobikon, Mr. Anand was Vice President of Product at Verifone, where he led the overall digital, mobile and omni-commerce. Prior to Verifone, he was Global Head of Product at Citi Enterprise Payments, as well as Head of Product and Technology for Nokia Mobile Financial Services. Mr. Anand has also held business and engineering positions at Lucent Technologies, Analog Devices and Motorola (now Freescale).

Mr. Anand holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, with honors, from Guru Nanak Dev University, an MSE in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Rohan N. Angle

Denise Barry

Denise Barry is a vice president of Human Resources at Thomas H. Lee Partners.  Prior to her role as vice president, she was manager of human resources for the Firm for over 20 years. She leads THL’s human resource efforts to include employee relations, employee benefits and performance management.  She is responsible for overseeing the administrative staff, as well as office operations.

Ms. Barry holds a BLS in Criminal Justice with a minor in Social Work from Boston University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Boston Private Equity Human Resource Group (PERG).

Mark Bean

Mark Bean is a director at Thomas H. Lee Partners.  Mr. Bean is currently a director of AbacusNext, Nextech and Odessa.  His former directorships include Alfresco Software, Inc.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Bean worked as a vice president at Sorenson Capital with a focus on technology in industries including financial services, education and healthcare. Prior to Sorenson Capital, he worked at L.E.K. Consulting in Boston where he developed growth strategies and conducted growth equity and LBO due diligence.

Mr. Bean holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in Economics from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Michael A. Bell

Mike Bell is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the Firm’s Strategic Resource Group.  From 2014 to 2018, Mr. Bell was executive chairman of Syneos Health (formerly known as inVentiv Health), bringing to the organization three decades of business management and operational expertise at leading global services companies through every stage of growth.  He also served as President of the Commercial Division of INC Research/inVentiv Health.  Currently Mr. Bell sits on the boards of Agiliti Health, Inc., AmeriLife Group, LLC, Autism Home Care Holdings, Inc., Professional Physical Therapy and Senior Home Care Holdings, Inc.  His former directorships include Healthcare Staffing Services.

Before joining inVentiv Health, Mr. Bell served as Senior Executive Vice President of John Hancock Financial Services, reporting to the Chairman and CEO.  Mr. Bell also cofounded and helped lead the Monitor Group, where he partnered with and provided counsel to companies across the healthcare delivery continuum.  Under his leadership, Monitor Group grew rapidly to 1,000 employees and opened 25 offices worldwide.  Mr. Bell also served as a Managing Partner and Founder of Monitor Clipper Partners, a private equity firm, where he specialized in professional services, procurement outsourcing and pharmaceutical marketing services.

Mr. Bell received his Bachelor’s degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania before attending Harvard Business School for a Master of Business Administration.

Mr. Bell shares his business skills and knowledge as Chairman Emeritus of the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and holds several other leadership positions with not-for-profit organizations, including as a member of the Brigham and Women’s finance committee and a trustee of the Bellexcel board of trustees.

Mark Benaquista

Mark L. Benaquista is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Benaquista was senior vice president and co-CIO at Warner Music Group, responsible for the Global Transformation Programs. In this role, Mr. Benaquista oversaw financial processes and systems, master data management, worldwide content and rights management and digital distribution as well as the company’s SAP ERP program.

Before Warner Music Group, Mr. Benaquista was senior director at Merck & Co. spearheading its major business process and supporting technology transformations around the world including the standardization of more than 40 countries and entities onto a single global sourcing platform. Prior to Merck & Co., Mr. Benaquista worked at JP Morgan, where he led a variety of the company’s global networking and standardization initiatives, and Chelsea Consulting, where he led various programs across banking and life sciences.

Mr. Benaquista holds a B.S. in Management Science Information Systems from Rutgers University and holds a M.S. from Kean University in Management Systems Analysis.

Mr. Benaquista is a member of Kean University’s College of Business and Public Management Board of Advisors. He also sits on the CoreTrust IT advisory Board as well as the Advocate Insiders Board of Advisors.

Jill Bicks

Jill Bicks is a Director of Talent at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group.  Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Ms. Bicks was a senior director of HR at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where she led their HR team.  In this role, Ms. Bicks oversaw the strategy and execution of day-to-day operations and projects across recruiting, compensation and benefits, operations, partners and insights teams.  Prior to that, she was the Chief Administrative Officer and member of the Executive Committee at Cambridge Associates.  Ms. Bicks was formerly a partner at the Monitor Group.

Ms. Bicks holds a B.A., cum laude, in Economics from Harvard College, a diploma in History from University of Sheffield and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Sandeep Bidari

Sandeep Bidari is a vice president at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group.  Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Bidari was a principal at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he worked with a number of health insurers, health systems and physician organizations across a range of functional topics.  He also led the population health topic for BCG globally.  Mr. Bidari formerly served as staff vice president in the Corporate Strategy Group at Anthem.

Mr. Bidari holds a B.B.A., with high distinction, from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A., with distinction, from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Bidari previously served on Chicago chapter Board of Sponsors for Education Opportunity (SEO).

Simon Biddiscombe

Simon Biddiscombe is an executive partner to Thomas H. Lee Partners. He brings over twenty years of extensive value creation and innovative leadership to the Firm.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Biddiscombe served as CEO to MobileIron where under his leadership the company became a multi-product endpoint leader (management, security and identity) and navigated complex transitions to cloud-based deployment technology and subscription revenue models. He previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at the same firm. Mr. Biddiscombe has held several senior leadership roles over the course of his career including as the Chief Executive Officer at QLogic and Chief Financial Officer at Mindspeed Technologies. He currently sits on the board for MicroVision.

Mr. Biddiscombe holds a B.A.(Hons) in Business Studies from the Polytechnic of Wales and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Henry J. Boye

Henry J. Boye is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, he was a managing director in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Practice at Blue Ridge Partners, where he advised companies on revenue growth strategies including market segmentation and opportunity sizing, sales modeling and organizational structures. Prior to Blue Ridge Partners, Mr. Boye worked in a variety of general management and consulting roles in media and information services including as the Publisher of the Harvard Business Review and most recently as the COO and SVP of Corporate Development at Mass Insight.

Mr. Boye holds a B.A., cum laude, in International Studies from Dickinson College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Boye has been in active in youth sports in Cohasset for many years, serving on the Little League Baseball board and coaching as well as serving as the President of the Wrestling Boosters for Cohasset High School.

 

Joshua D. Bresler

Joshua D. Bresler is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Bresler worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in its Investment Banking Division’s Financial Institutions Group.

Mr. Bresler is currently a director of Ashling Partners, Phytech Ltd. and System One Holdings, a board observer at Guaranteed Rate and a member of the firm’s investment team on The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. His prior directorships include First BanCorp (Puerto Rico), GCA Services Group, Michael Foods, Sterling Financial Corporation, CompuCom Systems, Inc., and Systems Maintenance Services, Inc.  Other prior investment experience at THL includes FIS, Warner Music Group and Houghton Mifflin Co.

Mr. Bresler holds an A.B. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Bresler serves on the Board of Directors of Charlestown Nursery School as Treasurer and on the Board of Directors of Charlestown Little League and on the Concussion Legacy Foundation’s Boston Advisory Board.

Jim Carlisle

Jason Corsello

Jason Corsello is an executive partner to Thomas H. Lee Partners.  He brings over fifteen years of experience in enterprise software, market research and management consulting to the firm.  In addition to his role at Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Corsello is also the Founder and General Partner for Acadian Ventures, an early stage venture fund.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Corsello was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development for Cornerstone On Demand [NASDAQ: CSOD], where he was responsible for driving innovation, go-to-market strategies and new corporate initiatives including guiding M&A, leading the company’s corporate venture investments and accelerator program and overseeing new product initiatives including platform, content, analytics and mobile.  Previously, Mr. Corsello served as senior vice president at the HR consulting firm Knowledge Infusion (now Appirio). Prior to his role with Knowledge Infusion, Mr. Corsello was a research director at Yankee Group, leading the company’s human capital management and talent management advisory and consulting services.

Mr. Corsello holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.

Samuel Coveney

Mr. Coveney holds a B.S. in Management with concentrations in Finance and Managing for Social Impact from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Mr. Coveney volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts, a nonprofit that pairs children from under-resourced families with adult mentors.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Ms. Curry worked as a senior manager in the Professional Development Group at Foley Hoag LLP.  Previously, Ms. Curry held roles at Shearman & Sterling LLP and Morgan Stanley.

Ms. Curry holds a B.S. in Psychology from SUNY College at Cortland and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.

Gary DeGruttola is an executive partner to Thomas H. Lee Partners.  He brings over thirty-four years of experience innovating and transforming insurance technology to the firm.  Mr. DeGruttola is currently a director of Carpe Data, Insurance Technologies and Odessa.  Mr. DeGruttola held a number of senior leadership roles in operations and technology for the Commercial, Personal Lines, and Life/Annuity Business units at Liberty Mutual Group.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. DeGruttola was the Senior Vice-President & Chief Information Officer of Liberty Mutual Groups’ US Consumer Markets Unit, where he led the implementation of several technology firsts including an award-winning online sales & service eCommerce platform, a master customer data management solution and several others. While there, he led an organizational transformation as well as the technology platform’s transition from an on-premise, service-oriented-architecture to a cloud-based, microservices architecture with automated pipelines.  In addition to his technology leadership, Mr. DeGruttola partnered with the Liberty Mutual Strategic Venture Committee in evaluating investments and funding for InsTech business and technology investment opportunities.

Prior to this role at Liberty Mutual, Mr. DeGruttola was Senior Vice-President and Manager of Operations positions in both their Personal Lines and Commercial Insurance Strategic Business Units.  In these roles, he was the executive responsible for strategic system development initiatives as well as running several operations including billing, receivable management, policy administration, regulatory statistical filings, residual commercial auto and workers compensation underwriting and others.  He retired from Liberty Mutual in July 2018.

Mr. DeGruttola holds a B.S. in Biology, cum laude, from Westminster College.

Mr. DeGruttola is a founding and current member of the Friends of Stonebridge Charity and previously served on the Greater Seacoast United Way Board.

Prior to that, Mr. Gilbert worked at Bain & Company for over twenty-four years serving as chairman on the management committee, and the managing director of Bain’s Global Healthcare Practice with a focus on serving medical technology, biopharmaceuticals and life science tools clients. Prior to Monitor, Mr. Jones worked in a variety of corporate finance roles, lastly as Financial Project Manager and Deputy to the CFO at LAN airlines, the leading Latin American passenger and cargo airline.

While at Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Jones has served in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group providing advisory support to management teams and filling interim senior executive roles across the portfolio. Mr. Jones has served on the Boards of Alfresco, Nextech and Clear Channel Outdoor.

Lee Partners.  He brings nearly thirty years of operations, manufacturing and engineering experience with a consistent record of success in all sectors of engineering and operations.  Mr. Kyslinger has provided leadership in a number of different roles including SVP and VP of engineering and operations as well as executive director, general manager of manufacturing, and global director of strategy and has demonstrated success in leading organizations to increased profitability while maintaining focus on customer expectations and quality.  Mr. Kyslinger has experience as both the customer and the supplier of automated equipment and processes and can provide insight from both perspectives.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Kyslinger was an independent industry consultant.  Prior to that, he was the SVP of fulfillment engineering and global officer of Walmart, where he implemented innovative strategies to improve efficiency in their e-commerce network and increased automation at the fulfillment centers while designing the fulfillment centers of the future for sortable, non-sortable and grocery.  Mr. Kyslinger was formerly the executive director of worldwide operations engineering, design and innovation at Amazon and vice president of operations and automation at C&S Wholesale Grocers.

Mr. Kyslinger is currently a director at House of Design.

Mr. Maxon joins THL from J.P. Morgan Securities, where he served in the Leveraged Finance group since 2007. He was responsible for structuring and executing high yield bond and leveraged loan transactions for J.P. Morgan’s financial sponsor and corporate clients. Mr. Maxon began his career at J.P. Morgan in 2004 in the Credit Risk group, where he focused primarily on financings for financial sponsor-backed transactions.

Dan Patt is an executive partner to Thomas H. Lee Partners.  He brings over fifteen years of operating and technology growth strategy experience with a proven track record of synthesizing strategic insights with results-focused execution.  Dr. Patt has provided leadership in a number of different roles including CEO, Chief Strategist, Co-Founder and Deputy Director.

In addition to his role at Thomas H. Lee Partners, Dr. Patt supports business and technology strategy for STR, an artificial intelligence and cyber security company.  Prior to that role, he was the Co-Founder and CEO of Vecna Robotics, a VC-backed workflow orchestration and material movement robotics company based in Waltham, Massachusetts.  Dr. Patt also served as Deputy Director for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency’s (DARPA) Strategic Technology Office (STO), managing nearly $500 million in annual technology investments in networking, communications, and artificial intelligence.  He oversaw and enabled the maturation of technology from conceptual and seed stage levels all the way through successful operational, financial, technology, and commercial transitions. He joined DARPA in 2012 as a program manager in the Tactical Technology Office (TTO), working primarily in autonomy and robotics.  Dr. Patt previously worked at Karem Aircraft and The Boeing Company in automated flight control, machine perception and unmanned vehicles.

Dr. Patt holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the Horace H. Rackham Graduate School at the University of Michigan, an M.S. in Systems Engineering and a B.S. from the University of Michigan.

Lee Partners, Mr. Quigley held multiple roles with insurance distribution firms, most recently as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Prime Risk Partners, a THL-backed company.  Prior positions included Vice Chairman of Beecher Carlson Holdings and Chief Financial Officer of Hobbs Group.  At each firm, Mr. Quigley delivered value via numerous acquisitions as well as operating enhancements.  He drove results through improved organic growth with new business and sales accountability initiatives as well as through higher margins with reorganizations and the unleashing of operating efficiencies.

Mr. Quigley also spent over a decade in investment banking focused on the manufacturing, consumer products and business services sectors.  He has served as an independent Board member for Swett & Crawford, where he chaired the Audit Committee, and as an Advisory Board member for Article One Partners.  He is currently an Advisory Board member for TPCR.

Lee Partners, Mr. Searby was a Senior Vice President in corporate development with MyWebGrocer, the only end-to-end Digital Experience Platform for leading grocers and CPG brands, where he was responsible for corporate strategy and executive oversight of capital markets activities. He also played a key role as Senior Vice President of strategic initiatives at the same company, providing management oversight of digital marketing strategy and sales. Mr. Searby previously served on the board of directors of NorthCounty Credit Union and worked in investment management at CitiGroup.

Chuck Shea is an executive partner to Thomas H. Lee Partners. He brings over twenty-five years of private equity operating experience to the Firm with a proven track record of building business services, outsourcing, and healthcare companies. Mr. Shea has provided strong leadership in a number of different roles including CEO, COO, EVP, Chairman, Vice Chairman, and board director and has consistently demonstrated the ability to convert strategy into results and effectively lead organizations.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Shea was a managing director with Devonshire Investors, a private equity investment firm owned by Fidelity Investments with $6 billion in assets under management. He also played a key role as executive vice president in building Sodexo from a regional food service company into a market leading provider of outsourced services to hospitals, nursing homes, schools, and corporations over an eight-year period.

Mr. Shea is currently executive chairman of Senior Home Care Holdings and a director of Care Hospice. Previously he served as chairman of BostonCoach and Veritude.  His prior directorships include Curo Health Services, Healthcare Staffing Services, System One, inVentiv Health, LogistiCare, Supplemental Health Care, Business Intelligence Advisors, Med e-Manager, Sebastians and J. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Ms. Sikand was a Consultant at Genpact LLC focused on operations transformation, program management and analytics. Ms. Sikand also worked at Capital IQ as a Research Associate.  She has the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, is a Project Management professional and also holds the FRM certification.

Ms. Sikand holds a B.S. in Mathematics from St. Stephen’s College and an M.B.A. from Institute of Management Technology, India.

Jagjit Singh

Jagjit P Singh is a director at Thomas H. Lee Partners. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, he was a chief architect (Consulting) in the commercial division at inVentiv Health, managing multiple strategic initiatives.

Prior to inVentiv, Mr. Singh worked in a variety of corporate technology roles, most recently as vice president and head of Big Data for Warner Music Group, where he was previously senior director and head of the SAP Customer Center of Excellence. Prior to Warner Music Group, Jagjit held highly technical positions at Merck & Co where he leveraged technology to streamline and transform operations resulting in material business improvements. He has pioneered innovation with expertise in bridging the gap between technical capability and business functionality.

Mr. Singh holds a B.E. in Computer Science from MGM’s College of Engineering in Nanded, Maharastra, India, with a major in artificial intelligence and parallel processing.

Rocky Sisson

Rocky Sisson is an executive partner to Thomas H. Lee Partners.  He brings over forty years of sales, sales management, advertising and retail experience to the firm.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Sisson was the executive vice president and Chief Revenue Officer of North America for Clear Channel Outdoor, where he focused on leading the company’s strategic efforts to develop new solutions that enabled advertisers to more effectively reach their customers.  Mr. Sisson was responsible for local and national sales, along with marketing, creative and research.  Mr. Sisson was with Clear Channel Outdoor for over twenty years, providing leadership in a number of roles including EVP Sales and Marketing in the Americas, EVP Sales and Marketing Global, and President.  He is a member of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America Hall of Fame (OAAA), has served on the OAAA board of directors, and is a winner of the organization’s prestigious L. Ray Vahue Marketing Award.

Mr. Sisson holds a B.A., with a concentration in Business, Speech and Political Science, from Northern Michigan University.

Scott Sperling

Mr. Sperling is Co-Chief Executive Officer and a member of the firm’s Management and Investment committees.

Mr. Sperling’s current and prior directorships include Thermo Fisher Scientific Corp., the Madison Square Garden Company, Experian, Warner Music Group, Houghton Mifflin Co., Fisher Scientific, Agiliti, Univision Communications, Inc., iHeartMedia, Inc., Front Line Management Companies., The Learning Company, PriCellular Corp., ProcureNet, ProSiebenSat.1, Wyndham Hotels, Federal Street Acquisition Corp. and several other private companies.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Sperling was, for more than a decade, managing partner of the affiliate of Harvard Management Company that managed all alternative asset classes for Harvard University’s endowment fund. Before that he was a Senior Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.

Mr. Sperling is involved with a number of charitable and non-profit organizations. He is Chairman of MassGeneralBrigham, the Parent of the Harvard teaching hospitals, Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham & Women’s Hospital as well as a number of leading specialty and community hospitals and physicians practice groups. He is Chairman Emeritus of the CitiCenter for Performing Arts and Wang Theater. He is also a member of each of the Harvard Business School Board of Dean’s Advisors, the Harvard University Committee on University Resources and the Harvard Business School’s Rock Center for Entrepreneurship.

Mr. Sperling holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from Purdue University. He is married with four children.

Robert Spies

Rob Spies is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group.  Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Spies was a senior product marketing manager at Vistaprint leading product development and go-to-market activities for a top category.  Prior to that, he was a consultant and case team leader at The Monitor Group focused on marketing and sales strategy.

Mr. Spies holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in Economics and Architectural Studies from Tufts University, and an MBA, with high distinction, from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Mr. Spies is an active supporter of AccesSport America, a Boston-based nonprofit that offers adaptive sports and physical training for people with disabilities.

Ms. Spotts holds a B.S. in Management with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Boston College and an M.B.A. from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Stephanie Stamatos

Stephanie S. Stamatos is a managing director and the head of Human Capital and is responsible for providing leadership and executing human resource strategies in the areas of talent acquisition and succession planning, talent management and development, organizational planning, and employee engagement.

Prior to rejoining Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2016, Ms. Stamatos held a senior Human Resources position at Grantham, Mayo van Otterloo overseeing the creation and implementation of all leadership and management development practices at the firm. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2010, Ms. Stamatos was a senior vice president at Silver Lake in New York where she oversaw all aspects of Human Resources strategies and initiatives globally. Ms. Stamatos also spent over 12 years at Fidelity Investments where she provided human resources consultation to a number of different business groups focusing on organizational design, executive coaching, workforce and succession planning, and leadership effectiveness.

Ms. Stamatos holds a B.A. in Economics from Bates College.

Ms. Stamatos serves as Chairman on the Board of Directors of the Boston Collegiate Charter School.

Mr. Swenson is currently a director of Bazaarvoice, Inc., 8th Avenue Food & Provisions, inriver, Intelligent Medical Objects and Qventus. Aidan Tracey is an executive partner to Thomas H. Lee Partners.  He brings over twenty-five years of brand building, field marketing solutions and media experience with some of the largest brands in the world.  Mr. Tracey has provided leadership in a number of different roles including CEO, president and vice president & general manager, where he has a proven track record of delivering market leading results.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Tracey served as CEO at sgsco, a global leader in providing design to print services for global Fortune 500 companies in the CPG/Food industry.  Prior to sgsco, he was president of Acosta Mosaic Group (AMG), the marketing services division of Acosta that was created with the sale of Mosaic Sales Solutions to Acosta in 2012. While CEO of Mosaic Sales Solutions, Aidan helped grow Mosaic into a North American marketing services leader, employing over 12,000 people in field annually and pioneering many best practices in the area of experiential marketing.  He previously served as the vice president of digital media for North America at Labatt-Interbrew (now ABInBev). Prior to joining Labatt, Aidan was a brand manager at Procter & Gamble.  Aidan is a regular industry speaker, participating at numerous events, including the Grocery Manufacturers Association CEO Executive Conference, The Shopper Marketing Expo, and client events.

Shahab Vagefi

Shahab Vagefi is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners.  Mr. Vagefi is currently a director at Intelligent Medical Objects.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Vagefi was a founding partner at Martis Capital where he principally focused on services and information technology investments in the healthcare industry. Prior to Martis Capital, Mr. Vagefi was a senior associate in the U.S. Growth Buyout fund at The Carlyle Group.  Mr. Vagefi began his career in investment banking with Credit Suisse First Boston and JP Morgan H&Q.

Mr. Vagefi holds a joint BA-MA degree with Phi Beta Kappa honors in International Relations and International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University and the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). He holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Alex Wolff

Alex Wolff is a financial technology and services partner to Thomas H. Lee Partners.  He brings over twenty years of financial services software experience and has a demonstrated track record focusing on corporate strategy, competitive intelligence and go-to-market strategy.

Mr. Wolff has extensive experience helping financial services and financial technology firms along with their investors define and execute their growth strategies. In addition to his role at Thomas H. Lee partners, Mr. Wolff is the Head of Corporate Strategy at RIMES Technology, where he set up the company’s merger and acquisitions program and defined its pricing strategy along with coordinating the overall value creation plan.  Mr. Wolff also was the Chief Strategy Officer at Kyriba and a member of the company’s executive committee, where he articulated Kyriba’s corporate and product strategy for investors and prospects.  Previously, he served as Head of Product Strategy at Finastra, an expert associate partner with McKinsey and Company and Head of Risk Strategy with the Bank of Ireland Group.

Shari Wolkon

Nicole Wong

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Ms. Wong worked at ghSMART, advising PE investors, boards and C-suite executives on performance and leadership.  Ms. Wong was also a member of ghSMART’s CEO Genome Project, supporting CEOs, executives on the path to CEO, and boards managing all stages of CEO succession.  Previously, Ms. Wong worked at Goldman Sachs with a specific focus on talent management for the Global Securities Division.  She began her career in Securitized Products, holding various roles in research, sales, and trading at JPMorgan and UBS Securities.

Lily Wray

Lily Wray is a principal at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group.  Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Ms. Wray held various leadership roles at Liberty Mutual spanning operations capacity management, innovation, and marketing/media planning; most recently, she was Vice President of Emerging Technology Operationalization where she incubated and scaled automation technologies.  Prior to her time at Liberty Mutual, she was a director of strategy and analytics at G-Form, where she drove marketing strategy and execution as well as financial analysis.  Prior to that, she was a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company.

Ms. Wray holds a B.A. in Economics from Brown University.

Ben Ye

Ben Ye is a vice president at Thomas H. Lee Partners.  Mr. Ye is currently a director at inriver.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Ye worked as a vice president focused on technology investing at SoftBank in San Francisco. Previously, Mr. Ye worked in technology private equity and growth equity at Apax Partners in New York.  Mr. Ye started his career at Barclays where he was a derivatives trader and also worked in investment banking.

Mr. Ye holds a B.S.E. in financial engineering and operations research from Columbia University.

Joshua Zeitz

Joshua Zeitz is a managing director, Head of Communications, at Thomas H. Lee Partners. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Zeitz was Global Head of Communications at Citadel Securities, where he oversaw corporate positioning, media relations, and content marketing.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Zeitz held leadership positions in communications and marketing at Google and AppNexus in New York.  Mr. Zeitz has also taught courses in American history and politics at Cambridge University and Harvard University.

Mr. Zeitz holds a B.A., with highest honors, in history from Swarthmore College and a Ph.D. in American history from Brown University.
