Todd Abbrecht

Todd M. Abbrecht is Co-Chief Executive Officer and a member of the firm’s Management and Investment committees.

Since joining THL in 1992, Mr. Abbrecht has been involved in the execution of THL’s investments in the healthcare and consumer spaces and currently sits on the Boards of CSafe Global, Professional Physical Therapy, and Syneos Health (formerly inVentiv Health, Inc.). Prior Board positions include Aramark Corporation, Curo Health Services, Dunkin’ Brands, Inc., Fogo de Chão, Healthcare Staffing Services, Intermedix Corporation, Juvare, Michael Foods, Inc., National Waterworks, Inc., Party City, PCI Pharma Services and Warner Chilcott plc.

Prior to joining THL, Mr. Abbrecht worked at Credit Suisse First Boston in its mergers and acquisitions department.

Mr. Abbrecht holds a B.S.E. in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Abbrecht serves on the Board of Directors of the Joslin Diabetes Center.

Mark Abodeely

Lee Partners, Mr. Adcock worked as an associate and vice president at GCP Capital Partners (formerly Greenhill Capital Partners) where he sourced, evaluated and executed transactions within the technology industry.  Prior to GCP Capital Partners, Mr. Adcock worked as an analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Adcock holds a B.S. in Finance from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida.

Denise Barry

Denise Barry is a vice president of Human Resources at Thomas H. Lee Partners.  Prior to her role as vice president, she was manager of human resources for the Firm for over 20 years. She leads THL’s human resource efforts to include employee relations, employee benefits and performance management.  She is responsible for overseeing the administrative staff, as well as office operations.

Ms. Barry holds a BLS in Criminal Justice with a minor in Social Work from Boston University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Boston Private Equity Human Resource Group (PERG).

Mark Bean

Mark Bean is a director at Thomas H. Lee Partners.  Mr. Bean is currently a director of Nextech and his former directorships include Alfresco Software, Inc.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Bean worked as a vice president at Sorenson Capital with a focus on technology in industries including financial services, education and healthcare. Prior to Sorenson Capital, he worked at L.E.K. Consulting in Boston where he developed growth strategies and conducted growth equity and LBO due diligence.

Mr. Bean holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in Economics from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Michael A. Bell

Mike Bell is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the Firm’s Strategic Resource Group.  From 2014 to 2018, Mr. Bell was executive chairman of Syneos Health (formerly known as inVentiv Health), bringing to the organization three decades of business management and operational expertise at leading global services companies through every stage of growth.  He also served as President of the Commercial Division of INC Research/inVentiv Health.  Currently Mr. Bell sits on the boards of Agiliti Health, Inc., AmeriLife Group, LLC, Autism Home Care Holdings, Inc., Healthcare Staffing Services, Professional Physical Therapy and Senior Home Care Holdings, Inc.

Before joining inVentiv Health, Mr. Bell served as Senior Executive Vice President of John Hancock Financial Services, reporting to the Chairman and CEO.  Mr. Bell also cofounded and helped lead the Monitor Group, where he partnered with and provided counsel to companies across the healthcare delivery continuum.  Under his leadership, Monitor Group grew rapidly to 1,000 employees and opened 25 offices worldwide.  Mr. Bell also served as a Managing Partner and Founder of Monitor Clipper Partners, a private equity firm, where he specialized in professional services, procurement outsourcing and pharmaceutical marketing services.

Mr. Bell received his Bachelor’s degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania before attending Harvard Business School for a Master of Business Administration.

Mr. Bell shares his business skills and knowledge as Chairman Emeritus of the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and holds several other leadership positions with not-for-profit organizations, including as a member of the Brigham and Women’s finance committee and a trustee of trustee of the Bellexcel board of trustees.

Mark Benaquista

Mark L. Benaquista is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Benaquista was senior vice president and co-CIO at Warner Music Group, responsible for the Global Transformation Programs. In this role, Mr. Benaquista oversaw financial processes and systems, master data management, worldwide content and rights management and digital distribution as well as the company’s SAP ERP program.

Before Warner Music Group, Mr. Benaquista was senior director at Merck & Co. spearheading its major business process and supporting technology transformations around the world including the standardization of more than 40 countries and entities onto a single global sourcing platform. Prior to Merck & Co., Mr. Benaquista worked at JP Morgan, where he led a variety of the company’s global networking and standardization initiatives, and Chelsea Consulting, where he led various programs across banking and life sciences.

Mr. Benaquista holds a B.S. in Management Science Information Systems from Rutgers University and holds a M.S. from Kean University in Management Systems Analysis.

Mr. Benaquista is a member of Kean University’s College of Business and Public Management Board of Advisors. He also sits on the CoreTrust IT advisory Board as well as the Advocate Insiders Board of Advisors.

Scott Berger

Sandeep Bidari

Sandeep Bidari is a vice president at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group.  Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Bidari was a principal at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he worked with a number of health insurers, health systems and physician organizations across a range of functional topics.  He also led the population health topic for BCG globally.  Mr. Bidari formerly served as staff vice president in the Corporate Strategy Group at Anthem.

Mr. Bidari holds a B.B.A., with high distinction, from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A., with distinction, from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Bidari previously served on Chicago chapter Board of Sponsors for Education Opportunity (SEO).

Henry J. Boye

Henry J. Boye is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, he was a managing director in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Practice at Blue Ridge Partners, where he advised companies on revenue growth strategies including market segmentation and opportunity sizing, sales modeling and organizational structures. Prior to Blue Ridge Partners, Mr. Boye worked in a variety of general management and consulting roles in media and information services including as the Publisher of the Harvard Business Review and most recently as the COO and SVP of Corporate Development at Mass Insight.

Mr. Boye holds a B.A., cum laude, in International Studies from Dickinson College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Boye has been in active in youth sports in Cohasset for many years, serving on the Little League Baseball board and coaching as well as serving as the President of the Wrestling Boosters for Cohasset High School.

 

Joshua D. Bresler

Joshua D. Bresler is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Bresler worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in its Investment Banking Division’s Financial Institutions Group.

Mr. Bresler is currently a director of Phytech Ltd. and System One Holdings, a board observer at Guaranteed Rate and a member of the firm’s investment team on The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. His prior directorships include First BanCorp (Puerto Rico), GCA Services Group, Michael Foods, Sterling Financial Corporation, CompuCom Systems, Inc., and Systems Maintenance Services, Inc.  Other prior investment experience at THL includes FIS, Warner Music Group and Houghton Mifflin Co.

Mr. Bresler holds an A.B. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Bresler serves on the Board of Directors of Charlestown Nursery School as Treasurer and on the Board of Directors of Charlestown Little League and on the Concussion Legacy Foundation’s Boston Advisory Board.

Heather Brooks

Ms. Brooks holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance, summa cum laude, and an M.S. in Accounting, both from the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.  She is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Jim Carlisle

His prior directorships include Achievement Technologies, Agencyport Software, iHeartMedia, Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Front Line Management Companies, Ten-X Commercial and Univision Communications.

Kimberly Curry

Kimberly Curry is a Human Capital Business Partner at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm’s Human Resources Group.  Ms. Curry has over a decade of human capital experience in the financial services and legal industries.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Ms. Curry worked as a senior manager in the Professional Development Group at Foley Hoag LLP.  Previously, Ms. Curry held roles at Shearman & Sterling LLP and Morgan Stanley.

Ms. Curry holds a B.S. in Psychology from SUNY College at Cortland and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.

Anthony J. DiNovi

Anthony J. DiNovi is Chairman and a member of the firm’s Management and Investment committees.  Mr. DiNovi previously worked in the Corporate Finance Groups at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Wertheim Schroder & Co.

Mr. DiNovi’s prior directorships include Dunkin’ Brands Inc., Endurance Specialty Insurance, Ltd., Experian Information Solutions, Inc., Eye Care Centers of America, Inc., FairPoint Communications, Inc., First Alert Inc., Fisher Scientific International, Inc., The Learning Company, Inc., Michael Foods, Inc., National Waterworks, Inc., Nortek Inc, and West Corporation.

Mr. Doubenski holds a B.A., with honors, in Business Economics from Brown University and an M.B.A. from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.

Mark A. Garcia is the chief financial officer, funds. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Garcia was the controller at Bingham Legg Advisers LLC, a private wealth management firm. Prior to Bingham Legg, he held various financial reporting positions with Globespan Capital Partners and Liberty Mutual. Before joining Liberty Mutual, he worked in the Assurance Advisory Services group at Arthur Andersen, LLP and in derivatives and fixed-income trading at Merrill Lynch and ING Barings, respectively.

Mr. Garcia holds a B.A. in Russian Studies with a minor in Economics from Colgate University and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Hartford Barney School of Business. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Bryan Gelnett

Bryan Gelnett is a director at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Gelnett was a supply chain director at Wayfair Inc. where he oversaw inventory planning and management as part of Wayfair’s fast delivery program. Prior to that, he worked as an engagement manager at McKinsey and Company, focused on operations and supply chain. Mr. Gelnett began his career as a nuclear submarine officer, completing four deployments with the USS Kentucky submarine (SSBN 737).

Mr. Gelnett holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy, and an MBA, with high distinction, from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Andrew Goberstein

Laura Grattan

Daniel G. Jones is a managing director and Head of Strategic Resource Group at Thomas H. Lee Partners. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, he was a management consultant at the Monitor Group, advising Fortune 500 companies on growth strategies and providing business diligence and portfolio company strategy support for Monitor Clipper Partners. Prior to Monitor, Mr. Jones worked in a variety of corporate finance roles, lastly as Financial Project Manager and Deputy to the CFO at LAN airlines, the leading Latin American passenger and cargo airline.

While at Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Jones has served in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group providing advisory support to management teams and filling interim senior executive roles across the portfolio. Mr. Jones has served on the Boards of Alfresco, Nextech and Clear Channel Outdoor.

He also played a key role as Senior Vice President of strategic initiatives at the same company, providing management oversight of digital marketing strategy and sales. Mr. Searby previously served on the board of directors of NorthCounty Credit Union and worked in investment management at CitiGroup.

Stephanie S. Stamatos is a managing director and the head of Human Capital and is responsible for providing leadership and executing human resource strategies in the areas of talent acquisition and succession planning, talent management and development, organizational planning, and employee engagement.

Prior to rejoining Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2016, Ms. Stamatos held a senior Human Resources position at Grantham, Mayo van Otterloo overseeing the creation and implementation of all leadership and management development practices at the firm. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2010, Ms. Stamatos was a senior vice president at Silver Lake in New York where she oversaw all aspects of Human Resources strategies and initiatives globally. Ms. Stamatos also spent over 12 years at Fidelity Investments where she provided human resources consultation to a number of different business groups focusing on organizational design, executive coaching, workforce and succession planning, and leadership effectiveness.

Ms. Stamatos holds a B.A. in Economics from Bates College.

Gary DeGruttola

Lee Partners.  He brings over 34 years of experience innovating and transforming insurance technology to the firm.    Mr. DeGruttola is currently a director of Insurance Technologies.  Mr. DeGruttola held a number of senior leadership roles in operations and technology for the Commercial, Personal Lines, and Life/Annuity Business units at Liberty Mutual Group.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. DeGruttola was the Senior Vice-President & Chief Information Officer of Liberty Mutual Groups’ US Consumer Markets Unit, where he led the implementation of several technology firsts including an award-winning online sales & service eCommerce platform, a master customer data management solution and several others. While there, he led an organizational transformation as well as the technology platform’s transition from an on-premise, service-oriented-architecture to a cloud-based, microservices architecture with automated pipelines.  In addition to his technology leadership, Mr. DeGruttola partnered with the Liberty Mutual Strategic Venture Committee in evaluating investments and funding for InsTech business and technology investment opportunities.

Prior to this role at Liberty Mutual, Mr. DeGruttola was Senior Vice-President and Manager of Operations positions in both their Personal Lines and Commercial Insurance Strategic Business Units.  In these roles, he was the executive responsible for strategic system development initiatives as well as running several operations including billing, receivable management, policy administration, regulatory statistical filings, residual commercial auto and workers compensation underwriting and others.  He retired from Liberty Mutual in July 2018.

Lee Partners, Mr. Kyslinger was an independent industry consultant.  Prior to that, he was the SVP of fulfillment engineering and global officer of Walmart, where he implemented innovative strategies to improve efficiency in their e-commerce network and increased automation at the fulfillment centers while designing the fulfillment centers of the future for sortable, non-sortable and grocery.  Mr. Kyslinger was formerly the executive director of worldwide operations engineering, design and innovation at Amazon and vice president of operations and automation at C&S Wholesale Grocers.

Arthur G. McAleer

Mr. McAleer has held leadership positions in a variety of roles including CEO, CFO, Worldwide VP, and board member and has a demonstrated track record in effective leadership and building value through organic and inorganic means.  Art served as President of Federal Street Acquisition Corp., THL’s first special purpose acquisition company.

Prior to joining THL, Mr. McAleer was president of Galatea LLC, an interim executive and strategic advisory firm. Clients included Johnson & Johnson, Acelity (formerly KCI), and other healthcare firms. Prior to founding Galatea, Mr. McAleer served as a worldwide vice president for Covidien. Mr. McAleer also played key roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific leading efforts to integrate Fisher Scientific and Thermo Electron, as well as strategy and business development activities.

Prior to his role at Thermo Fisher, Mr. McAleer was a consultant at McKinsey & Co., and Founder and CEO of Asymmetry Inc., an enterprise software and services firm. Earlier in his career, Mr. McAleer led finance activities and corporate development at Fisher Scientific International, and was in CS First Boston’s Leveraged Finance and Investment Banking Groups.

In addition to his role at Thomas H. Lee Partners, Dr. Patt supports business and technology strategy for STR, an artificial intelligence and cyber security company.  Prior to that role, he was the Co-Founder and CEO of Vecna Robotics, a VC-backed workflow orchestration and material movement robotics company based in Waltham, Massachusetts.  Dr. Patt also served as Deputy Director for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency’s (DARPA) Strategic Technology Office (STO), managing nearly $500 million in annual technology investments in networking, communications, and artificial intelligence.  He oversaw and enabled the maturation of technology from conceptual and seed stage levels all the way through successful operational, financial, technology, and commercial transitions. He joined DARPA in 2012 as a program manager in the Tactical Technology Office (TTO), working primarily in autonomy and robotics.  Dr. Patt previously worked at Karem Aircraft and The Boeing Company in automated flight control, machine perception and unmanned vehicles.

He also played a key role as executive vice president in building Sodexo from a regional food service company into a market leading provider of outsourced services to hospitals, nursing homes, schools, and corporations over an eight-year period.

Mr. Shea previously served as chairman of BostonCoach and Veritude. Lee Partners, Mr. Sisson was the executive vice president and Chief Revenue Officer of North America for Clear Channel Outdoor, where he focused on leading the company’s strategic efforts to develop new solutions that enabled advertisers to more effectively reach their customers.  Mr. Sisson was responsible for local and national sales, along with marketing, creative and research.  Mr. Sisson was with Clear Channel Outdoor for over twenty years, providing leadership in a number of roles including EVP Sales and Marketing in the Americas, EVP Sales and Marketing Global, and President.  He is a member of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America Hall of Fame (OAAA), has served on the OAAA board of directors, and is a winner of the organization’s prestigious L. Ray Vahue Marketing Award.

Mr. Sisson holds a B.A., with a concentration in Business, Speech and Political Science, from Northern Michigan University.

Aidan Tracey

Aidan Tracey is an executive advisor to Thomas H. Lee Partners.  He brings over twenty-five years of brand building, field marketing solutions and media experience with some of the largest brands in the world.  Mr. Tracey has provided leadership in a number of different roles including CEO, president and vice president & general manager, where he has a proven track record of delivering market leading results.  Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Tracey served as CEO at sgsco, a global leader in providing design to print services for global Fortune 500 companies in the CPG/Food industry.  Prior to sgsco, he was president of Acosta Mosaic Group (AMG), the marketing services division of Acosta that was created with the sale of Mosaic Sales Solutions to Acosta in 2012. While CEO of Mosaic Sales Solutions, Aidan helped grow Mosaic into a North American marketing services leader, employing over 12,000 people in field annually and pioneering many best practices in the area of experiential marketing.  He previously served as the vice president of digital media for North America at Labatt-Interbrew (now ABInBev). Prior to joining Labatt, Aidan was a brand manager at Procter & Gamble.  Aidan is a regular industry speaker, participating at numerous events, including the Grocery Manufacturers Association CEO Executive Conference, The Shopper Marketing Expo, and client events.

Mr. Tracey holds a B.B.A from the Wilfrid Laurier University.

Kent Weldon

Joined Thomas H. Lee Partners in 1991

Kent R. Weldon is an advisory partner to Thomas H. Lee Partners. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Weldon worked at Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated in the Financial Institutions Group.  Mr. Weldon also worked at Wellington Management Company, an institutional money management firm.

Mr. Weldon’s prior directorships include Acosta Sales and Marketing, Bargain Hunt, CTI Foods, Give and Go Prepared Foods Corp., iHeartMedia, Inc., CMP Susquehanna Corp., FairPoint Communications, Inc., Fisher Scientific International Inc., Michael Foods, Nortek, Inc., Phillips Pet Food & Supplies, Progressive Moulded Products, and Syratech Corporation.

Mr. Weldon holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in Economics and Arts and Letters Program for Administrators from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Weldon formerly served as a member of the Board of Trustees at The Meadowbrook School in Weston, MA, and remains a Trustee Emeritus.  He also formerly served on the Board of Trustees at The Winsor School in Boston, MA, and remains a member of the Corporation. He serves on the Board of Good Sports Inc and is a member of Harvard Business School Community Action Partners, both Boston based non-profit organizations.
