THL is founded

THL leads marquee transactions, including Experian, Fisher Scientific, GNC and Snapple—establishing a market leadership position, deep industry network and a strong reputation for middle market investing

THL expands to a team of 28, including 8 MDs

THL forms the Strategic Resource Group to create value by partnering with portfolio companies on accelerating growth and driving operating improvements

THL organizes teams into industry groups—recognizing that domain expertise and focus lead to improved outcomes

THL launches the Executive Partner Program* to offer additional specialized resources to its management team partners

THL develops a specialized model that focuses more specifically on Identified Sector Opportunities within key industry verticals
