As a Human Resources Project Manager, Rachel fosters a positive company culture by keeping employees engaged, enhancing the Associate experience and managing firm-wide events. She also supports the firm’s Chairman, Tony DiNovi. Passionate about giving back, Rachel is the Secretary for THL’s Charitable Foundation.

Before joining the THL team, Rachel worked at The Forsyth Institute and Partners Healthcare. In her free time, she is an active member of the Boston Private Equity Human Resources Group (PEHRG). Rachel also enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter, cooking new recipes and traveling with friends.
