Tony has been Chairman of THL since 2021, prior to which he was Co-CEO for over 17 years. Since joining the firm in 1988, he has been engaged in investments across our industry verticals, our Investment Committee and firm management. Tony has served on the Board of Directors for several companies, including Dunkin’ Brands, Endurance Specialty Insurance, Experian Information Solutions, Michael Foods, Fisher Scientific and West Corporation.

Before joining the THL team, Tony worked in the Corporate Finance Groups at Goldman Sachs and Wertheim Schroder & Co. Outside the office, he has focused on ensuring access in education and healthcare, actively involved in numerous organizations including Regis High School, Noble & Greenough School, Boston Children’s Hospital and Brigham & Women’s Hospital. Tony currently serves on the board of THL’s Charitable Foundation.
