As a Managing Director in the Healthcare vertical, Jon works closely with portfolio company management teams to drive accelerated growth and value creation, and he leads the firm’s efforts in the Provider & Payor Services and Home & Community Based Care Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs).  He is also the creator and host of the Healthcare in Action podcast, where healthcare CEOs and thought leaders join Jon to discuss the latest innovations and trends shaping healthcare.  Jon serves as a Director at Senior Home Care Holdings, Smile Doctors, Hospice Care, IMO Health, and Prescient Logistics.

Before joining the THL team, Jon worked at Elliott Management, an activist hedge fund based in New York, where he invested in healthcare and technology companies.  Previously, Jon worked in the North American private equity group at Bain Capital and at the Baupost Group, an investment firm based in Boston.  Jon began his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the technology, media, and telecommunications investment banking group.
