As an Associate in the Financial Technology and Services vertical, Oron helps the team review and analyze prospective investment opportunities and present recommendations, focusing on the firm’s Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs). He also collaborates with the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio company management to support existing investments through the next phase of growth.

Before joining the THL team, Oron worked at Vestar Capital Partners as a Private Equity Associate where he helped evaluate prospective buyouts of business services, consumer, and healthcare companies. Outside of work, he enjoys a competitive game of chess, playing tennis, and skiing.
