Thomas H. Lee Partners Appoints Healthcare and Employee Benefits Industry Leader Dave Guilmette as Executive Partner
Industry veteran brings over 40 years of global leadership experience to support insurance investment strategy
BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–THL Partners (“THL”), a premier private equity firm investing in middle-market growth companies, today announced that Dave Guilmette has joined the firm as an Executive Partner in its Financial Technology & Services investment group. Guilmette brings over 40 years of experience in building, leading, and transforming global healthcare and employee benefits businesses.
In his role, Guilmette will support THL’s efforts to identify, source, and grow investment opportunities across the insurance, benefits, and broader financial services ecosystem. He will also work closely with portfolio company management teams to drive operational excellence and long-term value creation.

Guilmette has served as CEO, President, strategic advisor, and board director for leading global organizations. Throughout his career, he has driven sustainable growth by aligning employee benefits program design and delivery with evolving market needs. He has significant experience analyzing competitive dynamics and customer demand to position businesses for growth and accelerate performance. In addition, he has been actively involved in evaluating and advising on investment opportunities.
