As a Principal in the Technology & Business Solutions vertical, Lauren primarily focuses on lower middle market software buyouts for the Automation Fund – building relationships with management teams, developing investment theses and managing due diligence.

Before joining the THL team, Lauren worked at Battery Ventures, where she focused on late-stage software and private equity investments, with experience across infrastructure software, information services, and FinTech. In her free time, she enjoys playing pond hockey, trying new restaurants with her husband, and spending time with her Maine Coon cat, Walter.
