As an Executive Assistant, Kaley supports members of the firm’s Strategic Resource Group with scheduling and other tasks to keep everything running smoothly. Prior to joining the THL team, Kaley served as an Analyst Assistant for The Baupost Group and an Executive Assistant at Make-up Designory in New York City.

Outside of work, Kaley enjoys travelling, summer activities with friends and family, and exploring new restaurants. She most recently began fostering & rescuing dogs, which she finds very fulfilling.
