As a Managing Director in the Strategic Resource Group (SRG), Hank works side by side with portfolio company management and the firm’s investment teams to execute Value Creation Plans that improve operations and accelerate growth. He also oversees the SRG’s Growth Equity team. Bringing extensive experience in improving go-to-market strategy, he is uniquely positioned to support businesses in this area. 

Before joining the THL team, Hank held leadership roles at several companies, including at Blue Ridge Partners as a managing director in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice and as Publisher at the Harvard Business Review.   Previously, he worked in a variety of general management and consulting roles. Passionate about supporting youth sports in his community, he has served as a Coach, a Director of Little League Baseball and the President of the Cohasset High School Wrestling Boosters. Hank also enjoys cycling and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles. He lives outside of Boston with his wife and son.
