As a Senior Associate in the Financial Technology and Services Group, Addison helps the team review and analyze prospective investment opportunities and present recommendations, focusing on the firm’s Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs). He also collaborates with the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio company management to support existing investments through the next phase of growth.

Before joining the THL team, Addison worked at Providence Equity Partners as a Senior Associate and Lazard Freres & Co as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Telecom and Digital Infrastructure Group. Outside of work, he spends his time traveling with his wife, watching sports, and being outdoors.
