As an Associate in the Healthcare vertical, Will helps the team review and analyze prospective investment opportunities and present recommendations, focusing on the firm’s Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs). He also collaborates with the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio company management to support existing investments through the next phase of growth.

Before joining the THL team, Will worked at Leerink Partners as an Investment Banking Associate on the biopharma coverage team. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, skiing and spending time with his family on Cape Cod.
