As an Associate in the Technology and Business Solutions vertical, Thomas helps the team review and analyze prospective investment opportunities and present recommendations, focusing on the firm’s Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs). He also collaborates with the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio company management to support existing investments through the next phase of growth.

Before joining the THL team, Thomas worked at Baird as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology and Business Services Group. He is an Associate Board Member at Breakthrough Greater Boston, preparing local low-income students for success in college and in life, and volunteers as a mentor with Pro Forma Futures, an organization dedicated to increasing diversity in finance. Outside the office, Thomas enjoys cooking new pasta dishes, playing tennis and P90X workouts.
