As an Executive Partner to the Financial Technology & Services vertical, Tim works with the investment team to source and diligence deals in Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs), including Wealth & Fund. He also collaborates with both the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio management teams to develop Value Creation Plans and advise leadership on key strategic and operating decisions. Tim is the Founder and CEO at PE Stack, a consulting and research firm, and an Advisor for MilestoneBased. He has 15 years of experience, specializing in helping businesses achieve operational excellence through the effective use of technology, software and market intelligence. 

Before partnering with the THL team, Tim held various roles at Preqin, including Chief Commercial Officer and Head of US Operations. In his spare time, he enjoys writing about technology, designing graphics, hiking and playing guitar. He lives in LA with his wife, Erica, and two sons.
