As a Principal in the Technology & Business Solutions vertical, Syndie primarily focuses on researching subsectors and investment theses, sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, and working closely with portfolio companies on strategy and operations. She primarily focuses on Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs) in Front Office Application Software. Syndie is also a Director for Fortna.

Before joining the THL team, Syndie worked at Fidelity Investments as a Research Analyst evaluating public equity investments in the consumer sector. She has also held additional roles both at THL and Morgan Stanley, where she was an Analyst in the Technology Group. Passionate about giving back, she volunteers as an SEO Mentor at Alternative Investments Fellowship Program (AIFP) and Synergist Network for women in investing. In her free time, Syndie enjoys cooking, hiking and spending time outdoors with her husband.
