As an Associate in the Technology & Business Solutions vertical, Sophia helps the team review and analyze prospective investment opportunities and present recommendations, focusing on the firm’s Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs). She also collaborates with the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio company management to support existing investments through the next phase of growth.

Before joining the THL team, Sophia worked at Bank of America Securities as an Investment Banking Analyst. Passionate about giving back, she volunteers at the SEO Alternative Investment Fellowship Program (AIFP). In her free time, she finds joy in playing tennis, cooking and documenting the world through her photography.
