As a Managing Director in the Technology & Business Solutions vertical, Shahab helps lead the firm’s efforts in the Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) and Vertical Software Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs). He works closely with the Strategic Resource Group to drive growth for portfolio companies, contributes thought leadership and fosters a thriving culture through professional development. Shahab is also a Director for IMO Health and Qventus.

Before joining the THL team, Shahab was a Founding Partner at Martis Capital and a Senior Associate in the U.S. Growth Buyout Fund at The Carlyle Group. He has also worked as an Investment Banker with Credit Suisse First Boston and J.P. Morgan H&Q. Outside the office, Shahab is a member of Johns Hopkins Leadership Fellows. He also enjoys playing sports and traveling with his family. Shahab lives in the Washington, D.C., area with his wife and three children.
