As the FP&A Manager, Rosa will lead the firm’s budgeting and forecasting activities, as well as, quarterly financial reporting for the management company.  She’ll conduct routine and ad-hoc analysis to aid leadership in decision making and help the firm achieve its goals. She’ll also partner with others on the Finance team to continue to leverage technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.

Before joining the THL team, Rosa worked at American Tower Corporation as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and at Ropes & Gray as a Senior Financial Analyst. Rosa speaks Mandarin Chinese fluently and, in her spare time, enjoys spending time with her family and has recently taken up needlepointing as a creative outlet.
