As an Associate in the Financial Technology and Services vertical, Rona helps the team review and analyze prospective investment opportunities and present recommendations, focusing on the firm’s Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs). She also collaborates with the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio company management to support existing investments through the next phase of growth.

Before joining the THL team, Rona worked at Moelis & Company as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology Group. Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates, volunteering at a local animal shelter, getting lost in historical fiction, and seeing Broadway Shows.
