As an Executive Partner to the Technology & Business Solutions vertical, Ron works with the investment team to source and diligence deals in Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs), including Robotics. He also collaborates with both the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio management teams to develop Value Creation Plans and advise leadership on key strategic and operating decisions. Ron currently serves as a Director at House of Design. He has 30 years of experience, specializing in manufacturing operations that lead organizations to increased profitability while maintaining focus on customer expectations and quality. 

Before partnering with the THL team, Ron was an independent industry consultant and held a number of leadership roles, including Global Officer and SVP of Fulfillment Engineering for Walmart and Executive Director of Worldwide Engineering, Design and Innovation for Amazon. In his spare time, Ron enjoys golfing, cycling and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers. He and his wife, Patty, also love to travel and relax on the beach.
