As an Executive Partner to the Strategic Resource Group, Rocky works with the investment team to source and diligence deals. He also collaborates with both the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio management teams to develop Value Creation Plans and advise leadership on key strategic and operating decisions. Rocky has over 40 years of experience, specializing in sales, sales management, advertising and retail.

Before partnering with the THL team, Rocky spent more than 20 years at Clear Channel Outdoor, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of North America, focusing on leading the company’s strategic efforts to develop new solutions that enabled advertisers to more effectively reach their customers. Outside the office, he is a member of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America (OAAA), where he has been inducted into the OAAA Hall of Fame, served on the Board of Directors and won the organization’s prestigious L. Ray Vahue Marketing Award.
