As a Vice President of the Strategic Resource Group (SRG), Natalia works side-by-side with portfolio company management and the firm’s investment teams to execute Value Creation Plans that improve operations and accelerate growth. 

Before joining the THL team, Natalia held operations leadership roles at several companies including Arrow Electronics, where she led ecommerce and digital strategy globally. Outside the office, Natalia enjoys running and spending time with her family. She also began hiking after discovering the canyon trails during her five years living in Los Angeles.
