As Chief Financial Officer of the Management Company, Mike provides strategic oversight for all accounting policies, procedures and internal controls. He also collaborates with senior management to identify business risks and execute improvements.  

Before joining the THL team, Mike worked at Alvarez & Marsal Transaction Advisory Group in financial due diligence services for private equity and strategic buyers and at PricewaterhouseCoopers in both the Transaction Services and Business Advisory Services groups. In his spare time, Mike enjoys practicing his golf swing in the summer and skiing the New England slopes in the winter. He lives outside of Boston with his wife and children.
