As Managing Director in the Technology & Business Solutions vertical, Mike manages a large, diverse portfolio and works closely with the Strategic Resource Group and Executive Partner team to drive growth for the firm’s portfolio companies. He also contributes thought leadership to THL’s Identified Sector Opportunity (ISO) platform and fosters a thriving culture through mentorship and professional development. Mike is a Director of seven organizations, including Brooks Automation and AutoStore.  His prior directorships include Ten-X Commercial.

Before joining the THL team, Mike worked in Private and Growth Equity and Investment Banking roles at Rockbridge Growth Equity, Pamlico Capital and Wachovia Securities. In his free time, he is a diehard MSU Spartans fan and enjoys staying active by playing golf and tennis. Mike lives outside of Boston with his wife and their four children.
