As an Associate in the Technology and Business Solutions vertical, Maxwell helps the team review and analyze prospective investment opportunities and present recommendations, focusing on the firm’s Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs). He also collaborates with the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio company management to support existing investments through the next phase of growth. Passionate about community, Maxwell is the Vice Chair of Annual Giving at Princeton University and a member of the THL Charitable Foundation Social Impact Committee.

Before joining the THL team, Maxwell worked at Black Diamond Capital Management as a Private Equity Analyst. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, reading and writing on his Substack focused on technology, development studies, and politics. Maxwell is a former Division I fencer.
