I enjoy Business Development because no two days are the same—one day I might be learning about a new drug manufacturing technology, and the next, connecting with an executive over a shared interest.

As a Business Development Manager in the Healthcare vertical, Madeline executes top-of-funnel tasks such as finding interesting businesses within the firm’s Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs), building relationships with executives, and attending industry conferences.

Before joining the THL team, Madeline worked at Ampersand Capital Partners as a Business Development Associate, where she focused on the pharma, medtech, and life sciences sectors. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, golfing, and traveling with friends and family.
