As a Business Development Manager in the Financial Technology & Services vertical, Maddy executes top-of-funnel tasks such as finding interesting businesses within the firm’s Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs), building relationships with those businesses and attending industry conferences. Before joining the THL team, Maddy worked at Guidepoint Capital. Outside the office, she’s a history buff who also enjoys spending time in nature through backpacking, camping and taking photos.
