As a Senior Controller for the Management Company, Lesley manages day-to-day accounting, reporting and financial data. She collaborates with the investment team as well as Legal and Investor Relations.

Before joining the THL team, Lesley worked at GGV Capital as a Controller and at SV Health Investors as Director of Finance. Outside the office, she enjoys practicing yoga, hiking and kickboxing. She is also an avid traveler who grew up in Hong Kong and California.
