As Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, Kristen partners with the CFO to educate stakeholders on financial results, key financial metrics and their role in helping the firm achieve its goals. She also ensures projects across the finance department are solving the right problems and are delivered quickly and efficiently.

Before joining the THL team, Kristen worked at Ropes & Gray in several roles, including most recently as the Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. She previously worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Budget and Cost Analyst I and II. Kristen grew up in Rhode Island and relaxes through yoga, running and being on the water.
