As an Advisory Partner, Kent works with the investment team to advise on current and future deals. He also collaborates with both the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio management teams to develop Value Creation Plans and advise leadership on key strategic and operating decisions. Kent was a Managing Director at THL for several years before stepping into his current role. Kent currently serves as a Managing Partner for Bravura Capital. He has over 30 years of experience in private equity and specializes in helping companies execute their growth plans.

Before joining the THL team, Kent worked in Investment Banking at both Morgan Stanley and Wellington Management Company and held Director roles for a number of consumer, media and information services companies. Passionate about giving back, he has served on a number of school boards and is currently a Trustee Emeritus at The Meadowbrook School. He also volunteers with two Boston-based nonprofit organizations and is an active member of the Harvard Business School Community Action Partners.
