As Principal of Capital Markets, Katy serves as a liaison between THL’s portfolio companies and the debt and equity markets to find solutions that benefit all parties. She also collaborates with the firm’s investment team and Strategic Resource Group.

Before joining the THL team, Katy worked at J.P. Morgan in both Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance Origination, structuring and syndicating leveraged loan and high-yield transactions for financial sponsors and corporate clients. Outside of work, Katy is an avid sports fan and enjoys taking road trips to the mountains for hiking adventures.
