As an Executive Partner to the Financial and Essential Services vertical, Karine works with the investment team to source and diligence deals in Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs). She also collaborates with both the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio management teams to develop Value Creation Plans and advise leadership on key strategic and operating decisions. Karine has served as a board member of several commercial and industrial infrastructure and distribution companies. She has 25+ years of experience, spanning water infrastructure, business transformation, and investment management.

Before partnering with the THL team, Karine served as Chief Executive Officer of Municipal Water at Veolia North America. Previously, she held several senior leadership roles at SUEZ in the US and Europe. She began her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their two boys, trying hard to be a very average endurance athlete, and travelling within and outside of the US.
