As a Director in the Strategic Resource Group (SRG), Karen works side by side with portfolio company management and the firm’s investment teams to execute Value Creation Plans that improve operations and accelerate growth.  She has over 20 years of experience, specializing in executive leadership coaching, organizational development and human resources.

Before partnering with the THL team, Karen served as the Chief People Officer at GeneDX and held several other human capital leadership roles, including Vice President at Syneos Health, Managing Director of inVentiv Health and Director Talent Development at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. In her spare time, she enjoys sailing, yoga and time with her college aged children.
