As Head of Communications, Josh oversees THL’s marketing and communications, including earned media, digital marketing, content strategy and internal communications. He partners with Investor Relations to illustrate the value we seek to provide to LPs and works with the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio companies to highlight the stories of THL’s partnership with our management teams. Passionate about giving back, he sits on the Board for THL’s Charitable Foundation.

Before joining THL, Josh held communications leadership positions at Citadel Securities, Google and AppNexus. He began his career in academia and politics and has published several books on American political history. Josh is an avid reader, writer and vinyl collector, and a long-ago competitive swimmer who still gets in weekly laps. He lives in Hoboken with his wife and two daughters.
