As a Legal & Compliance Specialist, John works directly with the CCO to review and manage legal documents and regulatory filings. He collaborates with stakeholders across the firm to provides training and monitoring of the business compliance training for all employees.

Before joining the THL team, John was a Senior Associate of Compliance Consulting with Kroll, LLC. where he focused on regulatory filings, forms and annual reviews and ongoing monitoring of clients’ compliance programs.  Outside the office, he enjoys watching Boston sports and movies, playing hockey, going to the beach and traveling.
