As a Tel/Data Services Administrator, Jo-Ann works with the IT Group to ensure optimal performance of the firm’s technology, systems and data security. She also collaborates with outside vendors and negotiates contracts with data-service providers. 

Before joining the THL team, Jo-Ann held positions at Agfa and Southern New Hampshire University. Outside the office, she enjoys all types of travel, from camping in the White Mountains and touring throughout Europe to relaxing in the Caribbean. Jo-Ann lives in Manchester, NH, with her husband, Tom, and they have two grown children, TJ and Jayme.
