As a Vice President of Talent in the Strategic Resource Group (SRG), Jane works side by side with portfolio company management and the firm’s investment teams to help assess, recruit and hire executive talent to support THL’s Value Creation Plans in improving operations and accelerating growth. Bringing extensive experience in human capital and organizational scaling, she is uniquely positioned to support businesses in this area. 

Before joining the THL team, Jane held leadership roles in talent acquisition and recruiting at several companies, including Walmart and Spencer Stuart. Outside the office, Jane is an avid traveler who has visited over 43 countries and is a devoted member of the BTS Army.
