As a Senior Associate in the Technology and Business Solutions vertical, Houston helps the team review and analyze prospective investment opportunities and present recommendations, focusing on the firm’s Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs). He also collaborates with the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio company management to support existing investments through the next phase of growth.

Before joining the THL team, Houston worked at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe as a Senior Associate on the application software investments team. In his free time, Houston enjoys staying active through outdoor activities like skiing and golf, discovering new restaurants, and following Formula 1 racing.
