As an Executive Partner to the Healthcare vertical, Harris works with the investment team to source and diligence deals in Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs), including Consumer Healthcare and Healthcare IT (HCIT). He also collaborates with both the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio management teams to develop Value Creation Plans and advise leadership on key strategic and operating decisions. Harris currently serves as a Director of Smile Doctors, EyeSouth Partners and OMS 360 and has previously served on the Board for a number of public and private healthcare companies. He has over 30 years of experience, specializing in building industry-leading healthcare services companies. 

Before partnering with the THL team, Harris founded Northwood Healthcare Partners, a healthcare private investment firm. Passionate about environmental conservation, Harris is the Chairman of the Board of Trout Unlimited and a Board Member of The Nature Conservancy, DC/Maryland Chapter. In his spare time, he loves spending time outdoors, fly fishing and hiking in nature. He lives in Washington with his wife and three children.
