As a Vice President in the Strategic Resource Group (SRG), Gretchen works side by side with portfolio company management and the firm’s investment teams to execute Value Creation Plans that improve operations and accelerate growth. 

Before joining the THL team, Gretchen held several leadership roles at TransUnion, including Vice President Head of FinTech Business for International Markets, and also worked at The Boston Consulting Group and Tupperware Brands. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, volunteering at church and drinking quality coffee.
