As an Executive Partner to the Strategic Resource Group, Greg works with the investment team to source and diligence deals. He also collaborates with both the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio management teams to develop Value Creation Plans and advise leadership on key strategic and operating decisions. Greg has over 30 years of experience, specializing in optimizing sales, enhancing client retention, leading transformation and improving productivity. 

Before partnering with the THL team, Greg served as the SVP of Sales and Marketing at Donlen and held several other leadership roles, including COO at HP Exchange, CRO at OnePay Solutions and SVP at both Comdata and Ceridian. He has also consulted with a number of businesses to support go-to-market strategy development and sales force effectiveness.
