As an Executive Partner to the Capital Markets group, Gerry works with Greg Maxon and Katy Hedlund on capital markets activity for both THL and its portfolio companies, while supporting the firm’s financing relationships. He also collaborates  with the investment team and Strategic Resource Group, as well as portfolio company management. Gerry has over 35 years of experience, specializing in leveraged finance.

Before partnering with the THL team, Gerry had retired from J.P. Morgan after 28 years at the firm, where he was the head of the firm’s N.A. Leveraged Finance Group for the last 10 years. Prior to that, he worked at PaineWebber and Citigroup.  In his spare time, Gerry serves as Chairman of CitySquash, a non-profit afterschool enrichment program based in New York and a trustee of the Georgetown Baker Scholars program.
