As a Human Resources Associate, Emma supports the Human Capital team by leading and executing initiatives related to HRIS, Compensation, Performance Management, Benefits and Real Estate.  She partners closely with the Finance team and other members of the Human Capital team to support the infrastructure of the firm.

Before joining the THL team, Emma held HR roles at Dept (Formerly Rocket Insights), Travelclick and KNF&T Staffing Resources.  Living on the Cape with her husband, she spends most her spare time on the beach.  She also enjoys baking, attending fitness classes and exploring new restaurants.
