As an Executive Partner to the Healthcare vertical, Don works with the investment team to source and diligence deals in Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs), including innovative healthcare technology and data businesses. Don has spent two decades at the intersection of healthcare and IT.

Before partnering with THL, Don was the Chief Executive Officer of advanced primary care business apree health. Previously, he also held a set of senior operating positions at Fortune 500 Cerner Corporation including his role as President.

Don serves as a board member for Medalogix-Focura. He is the co-author of The New Health Economy: Ground Rules for Leaders (Georgetown University Press). In his spare time, Don enjoys playing tennis, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, and supporting a set of charitable efforts focused on addressing healthcare affordability. He lives in Kansas City, Missouri with his wife and three children.
