As an Associate in the Healthcare vertical, Derek helps the team review and analyze prospective investment opportunities and present recommendations, focusing on the firm’s Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs). He also collaborates with the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio company management to support existing investments through the next phase of growth.

Before joining the THL team, Derek worked at Perella Weinberg Partners as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare Group. His weekends are usually filled with exploring the local food scene and escaping the city for an outdoor adventure.
