As Vice President of Human Resources, Denise partners with the team to foster a positive company culture by providing opportunities for employees to feel engaged and supported. She helps oversee performance management, benefits administration and daily operations, as well as policy and procedure development. As one of the longest-tenured employees, Denise is passionate about aligning all employees, processes and technologies to ensure that everyone at THL is equipped to do their jobs effectively. 

Outside the office, Denise enjoys staying involved with the HR community as a member of both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Boston Private Equity Human Resource Group (PEHRG). She also loves spending time with her friends and family, taking weekend getaways near the water and exploring antique shops. Denise lives in Burlington, MA, with her husband, daughters and pets, Daisy and Simon.
