As an Executive Partner to the Financial Technology & Services vertical, Dave works with the investment team to source and diligence deals in Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs). He also collaborates with both the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio management teams to develop Value Creation Plans and advise leadership on key strategic and operating decisions. Dave has over 40 years of experience, specializing in innovating and transforming health and employee benefits solutions.

Before partnering with the THL team, Dave was CEO of Alight, and co-founder of World Class Health. He also held several senior leadership roles and strategic advisory roles including CEO, Health Solutions at Aon, President of the Global Employer Segment at Cigna and Managing Director at Towers Perrin. Passionate about giving back, Dave is a board advisor for The Grey Area, he has served on the national board at Back on My Feet and he provides board support for the Elbel Club at the University of Michigan as well as the University of Michigan Marching Band.
