As a Principal in the Financial Technology & Services vertical, Colby helps visionary entrepreneurs build impactful technology companies through a combination of strategic partnership, operational improvements and in-the-trenches support. He is also a Director for CARET. 

Before joining the THL team, Colby worked at both GCP Capital Partners and in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he sourced, evaluated and executed transactions within the technology industry. He lives in the Boston area with his wife and child.
