As an Executive Partner, Chuck works with the investment team to source and diligence deals. He also collaborates with both the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio management teams to develop Value Creation Plans and advise leadership on key strategic and operating decisions. Chuck most recently served as Executive Chairman of Senior Home Care Holdings, is currently a Director of Care Hospice and has sat on the Board of Directors for a number of businesses in the healthcare technology industry. He has over 25 years of experience in private equity operations, specializing in building companies in healthcare, outsourcing and business services. 

Before partnering with the THL team, Chuck held a variety of leadership roles, including Managing Director of Devonshire Investors at Fidelity Investments, EVP of inVentiv Health, CEO at Business Intelligence Advisors and COO at Cross Country TravCorps. He also served as the EVP at Sodexo, where he helped build the regional food service company into a market-leading provider of outsourced services to hospitals, nursing homes, schools and corporations over an eight-year period.
